Privacy policy

Soi Talk is a small, independent app for learning Thai. This page explains what we store about you and why.

Using the app without an account

You can study without signing in. Your progress and settings are then kept only in your own browser (local storage).

Usage statistics and error reports

To learn which parts of the app help people and to fix problems, we record anonymous usage events: pages you open, lessons you start and finish, the link or ad you first arrived from, the type of browser, and any errors the app hits. They're linked to a random ID stored in your browser, not to your name or email. We use them only to improve Soi Talk.

Feedback you send

If you use "Report a mistake", we store your message, the page and lesson step you were on, your browser type and, only if you type it, your email address so we can reply. We use it only to fix and improve Soi Talk.

What we store when you sign in

We don't sell your data, show ads or share your information with advertisers.

Services we use

Deleting your data

You can reset your progress at any time from the Aa menu on the flashcards. To delete your account and everything stored with it, email jasonpshyk@gmail.com and we'll remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
